Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values firm to higher on moderate to fairly good demand and
light to moderate offerings. Choice rib, chuck, and round cuts steady to weak
while loin cuts higher. Select chuck, loin, and rib cuts firm to higher while
round cuts weak. Beef trimmings sharply higher on good demand and light
offerings.
