DTN Closing Livestock Comment 09/15 15:21
Weaker Tones Find the Livestock Contracts at Tuesday's End

No cash cattle trade developed throughout the day and both bids and asking
prices still remain elusive.

GENERAL COMMENTS:

The livestock complex ended the day lower as traders were simply displeased
with the level of fundamental support in the marketplace currently. Hopefully
fundamental support will arise later in the week, but for today that didn't
help the market much. December corn is up 2 1/2 cents per bushel and December
soybean meal is up $9.20. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is down 328.09
points and the NASDAQ is down 204.84 points.
