NATIONAL DAILY BOXED BEEF CUTOUT AND BOXED BEEF CUTS - Negotiated Sales -
Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values higher on moderate to good demand and light to
moderate offerings. Select and Choice rib and loin cuts firm to higher while
round cuts weak. Choice chuck cuts firm while Select steady. Beef trimmings 
sharply higher on good demand and light offerings.

08/14 - Daily New York Eggs
Prices are 2 cents higher for Medium and larger sizes. The undertone is firm.
Supplies are light to mostly moderate. The New York shell egg inventory is 2%
higher than the previous week. Offerings are light. Demand into all channels is
moderate to fairly good. Market activity is moderate.
